Terms and conditions
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to refund your payment.
(a) Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days from receipt.
(b) All returned items must be in the condition that they were received and in the original packaging.
(c) We will refund the full purchase price including any original postage cost.
(d) Return postage costs will also be refunded.
If you want to return your order, please contact us to get our return address. Once your package is received, we will process your return and issue the refund to your Paypal account or other method as originally used. We will notify you by email when this process has been completed. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date of return shipment.
Returned items not received by us will be treated as not returned and no refund will be given. For this reason we suggest the use of insured delivery for returns.
